KAJIAN PREFERENSI PEMILIHAN MODA PENGUMPAN KOMUTER KRL STASIUN BEKASI, KOTA BEKASI

Several intercity feeder modes are available. However, factors that can explain the commuters' choices is still unknown. Therefore, this study examines factors related to their preferences in choosing intercity feeders. It focuses on data from passengers of electric rail cars (or Kereta Rel Listrik – KRL in Indonesia) who had to choose between public transport and an online motorcycle taxi when traveling to Bekasi Station in Bekasi City. The research covers five factors associated with their selection preferences:, public transport safety, public transport comfort, public transport regularity and public transport travel costs.The data analysis uses descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing and overlay. The results show that commuters' preference are highly influenced by public transport regularity, public transport travel costs, and online motorcycle taxi travel costs, whereas the travel cost factor of online motorcycle taxis being the largest. The research findings can provide input for the Bekasi City Spatial Plan.

Deli Serdang Regency has several types of livestock developed by the community in supporting food security in the district. This research was conducted to analyze the carrying capacity of land use and formulate directions and strategies for the development of goat farms in Deli Serdang Regency. Data collection was carried out using survey, observation, and data collecting methods. The data obtained was analyzed descriptively. Landuse in Deli Serdang Regency is generally suitable for the development of goat farming. Land use that has the potential for the development of goat farming is land cultivated in the agricultural sector such as plantations/gardens, dry fields/fields, and paddy fields. Existing land uses that can currently be used for the development of goat farming in the Deli Serdang district are shrubs (10,784.99 ha), dry fields/fields (18,091.18 ha), rice fields (32,421.42 ha), plantations/gardens ( 129,018.11 ha), and Forest (43,731.41 ha). Directions for the development of goat farming are directed at optimizing the potential of natural resources, especially the use of forage for animal feed. Livestock development can be directed at land use classes in the form of shrubs converted into grazing land for planting superior forage, so that the carrying capacity increases for the cultivation of goat farming. Directions for the Development of Goat Farming can be directed based on the RTRW of Deli Serdang Regency, namely agricultural areas (food crops, horticulture, and plantation areas) which can be applied in almost all areas of the sub-district. The development of goat farming in Deli Serdang Regency should pay more attention to the potential of land resources as a place to raise livestock so that the carrying capacity of the feed will be fulfilled.

Cempaka Putih is one of the sub-districts in Central Jakarta City which is the center of activity and the city's economic center. Various infrastructure was built and developed in Cempaka Putih District, to support activities and the economy. Apart from that, Cempaka Putih District is a district with a high classification of gross population density. Infrastructure development and high population density can trigger a decline in environmental quality. For this reason, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government issued Governor's Regulation (PerGub) Number 31 of 2022 concerning Detailed Spatial Planning Plans, which discusses the Arrangement of Green Open Space (RTH) as an effort to maintain the quality of the city's environment and the integration of RTH development activities which have the function of providing balance. between environmental quality and urban development. Regarding the provision of public green open space in urban areas, according to statutory provisions, it reaches 20% of the area of the city. In the provisions according to the DKI Jakarta RDTR money polar plan, it has been stipulated that public open space is planned in a distributed manner in the form of river/road borders, city-scale parks, sub-districts and neighborhoods. Research on the suitability of green open spaces uses a Geographic Information System (GIS) with WorldView-2 image interpretation to obtain the distribution and area of green open spaces. Because the green open space area is planned in detail, data quality control is required, such as positional and thematic accuracy tests. In the RTH there are several infrastructure components such as trash cans, seats/chairs, special fields, toilets, and others that must be considered whether they function or not in the RTH. Therefore, to find out whether these components function or not, an analysis is carried out, namely weight calculation

ARAHAN PENATAAN PEDAGANG KAKI LIMA (PKL) DI KAWASAN SEKITAR PASAR ATRIUM PONDOK GEDE (APG)

This study discusses the arrangement of street vendors (PKL) around Atrium Pondok Gede Market (APG), Bekasi. The main problems include a strategic location that triggers congestion, limited business space causing vendors to sell on sidewalks and roads, weak supervision, traffic jams, disturbances for pedestrians, and declining urban spatial quality. The aim of the study is to formulate directives for organizing street vendors using GIS analysis methods, qualitative-quantitative approaches, and SWOT. The results show that the presence of street vendors is not in accordance with spatial planning or existing regulations. The arrangement directives include grouping types of merchandise, providing infrastructure and green open spaces, organizing pedestrian pathways, drainage, regulating operating hours, and relocating vendors. The main strategy (SO) emphasizes collaboration among stakeholders, improving accessibility, providing facilities, and fostering street vendors as part of MSMEs

Slum settlements are one of the major urban problems requiring an integrated approach This study aims to analyze the conditions and management strategies for slum areas in Duren Sawit. This study aims to analyze the conditions and management strategies for slum areas in Duren Sawit. The methods used include GIS, regulation-based scoring, and SWOT analysis. The results indicate that the area falls into the “Mild Slum” category, with the main issues being access to clean water and infrastructure. Recommendations focus on improving basic services and community empowerment.
